To God be all the glory.
Blessed is the one
who reads aloud the words of this prophecy,
and blessed are those who hear it
and take to heart what is written in it,
because the time is near.
After his suffering,
Jesus presented himself
to his chosen apostles
and gave many convincing proofs
that he was alive.
He appeared to them
over a period of forty days
and spoke about the kingdom of God.
He told them
that it is not for them to know
the times or dates
the Father has set by His own authority.
Then,
he was taken up before their very eyes,
and was hidden by a cloud from their sight.
It was written that the same Jesus,
who had been taken from them into heaven,
will come back
in the same way they saw him go into heaven.
Come.
Come.
Come.
Come.
Clocks say “Now o’clock”.
Tremors of an earthquake.
Sun gone black
and the moon gone bloodshot.
Stars now falling,
people wishing they were shooting.
From paupers to kings,
they’re hiding in the caves.
Angels on corners,
holding back the wind.
Marking out the servants,
putting seals on their heads.
Then the Lamb opens up seal number seven.
For half an hour,
there is silence in heaven.
Trumpet number one.
Down goes hail and fire mixed with blood.
A third of the Earth gets charred and bun up.
A third of the trees.
All the grass get bun up.
Bun up!
For the second trumpet,
a fiery mountain gets thrown in the sea,
and a third of the sea gone code red.
Bloody.
A third of the creatures in the sea gone deceased,
and a third of the ships been sunk.
Trumpet blows
and Wormwood drops
and hits the springs and a third of the rivers.
Now the water gone bitter.
People dying when they drink,
regardless of the filter.
The sound of trumpet four
ensures a third of the sun gets struck,
and the same for the moon and a third of the stars.
So it’s dark for a third of the day,
and the same for the night.
Trumpet five.
The Abyss is opened
to release the locusts
to torture those without the seal of God.
It’s agonising.
The people seeking death,
but they cannot find it.
Trumpet six
levels up the anguish.
Four bound angels released to vanquish.
A third of mankind is sent to caskets
from plagues of fire and smoke and sulphur.
Survivors still avoid repentance.
The survivors still on idol worship.
The survivors still wanna be
sorcerous, lustful, and murderous.
Number seven
locked and loaded.
Number seven trumpet blows
and the voices in heaven erupt in celebration.
The kingdom of the world’s been taken.
The Lord reigns
and His Messiah reigns.
Now the wrath of God is taking shape.
Judgement is here.
Either saint or destroyer.
An angel alerts the people on earth
they must worship God,
it’s the hour of judgement.
Another angel say
Babylon has fallen.
Another angel say
who worships the beast or has the mark
will burn forever.
Sitting on a cloud is the Son of Man,
and He scrapes the Earth for a harvest.
An angel gathers grapes for the winepress…
for the wrath of the Lord.
Bloodshed!
Seven plagues ’til the wrath is completed.
Seven angels with sashes on linen.
Number one
puts infected sores
on each of the people with the mark of the beast.
Number two
makes the whole sea bloody
and turns all its creatures to lifeless bodies.
Number three
turns the water in rivers
and the water in springs
to oceans of blood.
Number four
skyrockets the temperature.
People scorched by the sun and cursing the Lord,
but refuse to submit or offer repentance.
Number five
puts the beast and its kingdom in darkness.
The people curse God in agony.
Number six.
Now the kings
from the east, west, north, south, centre
all in Armageddon.
Number seven.
Lightning flashes.
Earthquake hazards.
Surface battered.
Mountains flattened.
Islands scattered.
Hundred pound hailstones
splattering the people,
putting cherries on the plagues.
Cherries on the plagues.
Cherries on the plagues.
Cherries on the plagues.
Cherries on the plagues.
Rushing waters.
Peals of thunder.
Wedding supper.
Wedding supper.
Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
Hallelujah!
Finally,
the wedding of the Lamb.
Finally,
the bride of the Lamb.
At long last,
draped in fine linen.
At long last,
draped in fine linen.
Heaven is open,
there’s a white horse.
So many crowns upon the rider.
‘Faithful and True’
is what they call Him.
‘The Word of God’
is what they call Him.
His thigh and robe say,
“King of kings and Lord of lords”.
And what’s coming out His mouth is a sharp sword.
Blazing fire in His eye sockets.
Leading heaven’s armies.
Beast and the false prophet
thrown in the lake of fire.
The Abyss had the devil on a timeout
for a thousand years,
through the first resurrection.
Long story short,
he’s burning in sulphur forever.
Now the earth don’t exist anymore,
and the same goes for the heavens.
Everybody sleeping in the dust was awakened.
All the cemeteries went vacant.
The dead now stand
before the Most High’s throne.
The dead get judged
according to all of their deeds
recorded in the books.
Whoever’s name
is not in the Book of Life
gets thrown in the lake of fire.
The rest get immortality;
the rest live with God for eternity.
A new heaven.
A new earth.
No sea.
The Holy City, the new Jerusalem,
coming down out of heaven from God,
prepared as a bride
beautifully dressed for her husband.
It shines with the glory of God.
Like a very precious jewel,
like a jasper, clear as crystal.
A great, high wall with twelve gates,
and with twelve angels at the gates.
On the gates are the names
of the twelve tribes of Israel.
Yeah.
Three gates on the east,
three on the north,
three on the south,
three on the west.
The wall of the city has twelve foundations,
and on them…
the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
The city laid out like a square.
The wall made of jasper.
The city of pure gold,
pure as glass.
The foundations of the city walls
are decorated with every kind of precious stone:
jasper, sapphire, agate, emerald, onyx, ruby, chrysolite, beryl, topaz, turquoise, jacinth, amethyst.
The twelve gates are twelve pearls,
each made of a single pearl.
The great street of the city is of gold,
and pure as transparent glass.
There’s no temple
because
the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb
are the temple.
The city doesn’t need the sun or the moon
to shine on it…
the glory of God gives it light,
and the Lamb is its lamp.
The nations walk by its light,
and the kings of the earth
bring their splendour into it.
On no day are gates ever shut,
there’s no night.
The glory and honour of the nations
were brought into it.
Nothing impure ever enters.
No one does anything shameful or deceitful.
All names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
The river of the water of life is as clear as crystal,
flowing from the throne of God
and of the Lamb
down the middle of the great street of the city.
On each side of the river…
the tree of life,
bearing twelve crops of fruit,
yielding its fruit every month.
And the leaves of the tree
are for the healing of the nations.
No longer is there any curse.
The throne of God and of the Lamb
is in the city,
and his servants serve him.
They see his face,
and his name is on their foreheads.
No more night.
No need for the light of a lamp
or the light of the sun,
for the Lord God gives light.
And they reign for ever and ever.
God’s dwelling place is now among the people,
and he dwells with them.
They are his people.
He gives the thirsty water without cost
from the spring of the water of life.
He wiped every tear from their eyes.
No more death.
No more mourning.
No more crying.
No more pain.
The old order of things has passed away.
He’s made everything new.
The Alpha.
The Omega.
The Beginning.
The End.
